3D Scribe uses transparent, per-scene pricing that scales with your model's complexity. Every scene is priced based on three factors: a flat base cost, a per-mesh charge reflecting the number of individual components in your model, and a per-group charge based on logical component groupings (estimated at roughly 20 meshes per group). You choose your tier -- Basic or Advanced -- at upload time, and the total cost is calculated and displayed before you commit. No subscriptions, no hidden fees. You pay for what you create.

The Basic tier ($5.00 base + $0.02/mesh + $0.50/group) includes AI-powered mesh naming, automatic body grouping, and format optimization -- everything you need for a clean, well-organized interactive scene. The Advanced tier ($10.00 base + $0.05/mesh + $1.00/group) includes everything in Basic plus AI-generated component descriptions, Smart Tour generation with audio narration, and priority processing. If your goal is a fully enriched, self-documenting spatial experience with guided walkthroughs, Advanced is the clear choice.

Tier eligibility is dynamically determined by the semantic quality of your model's mesh names. When you upload a file, 3D Scribe performs client-side analysis and scores your mesh naming conventions -- evaluating patterns like camelCase, snake_case, and the presence of meaningful, descriptive words. Models with high-quality, human-readable mesh names unlock the Basic tier, which relies on those names as a foundation. Both tiers are available for well-named models. If your mesh names are generic (e.g., "Mesh001", "Object_12"), the Advanced tier's AI naming capabilities become essential.

Yes. The pricing calculator runs entirely client-side during the upload step. After your model is analyzed -- mesh count tallied, groups estimated, name quality scored -- you'll see exact costs for each eligible tier displayed on screen. You select your tier and confirm before any upload begins. There are no surprises after the fact.

A mesh is an individual geometric body within your 3D model. When you upload a file, 3D Scribe loads it into a Three.js analysis pipeline that traverses the full scene graph and counts every discrete mesh object. A simple product model might have 20-50 meshes; a complex assembly could have thousands. The mesh count displayed during upload is the exact number used for pricing.

Spatial Analytics is available to Pro and Premier (Enterprise) plan customers. Rather than a flat fee, analytics is priced as a usage-based multiplier tied to end-user activity on your published scenes -- the more your audience engages, the more insight you generate, and pricing scales proportionally with that value. You have full control over scope: apply analytics across all scenes in a workspace or activate it on specific scenes only. This means you can run deep spatial intelligence on your highest-value experiences without paying for tracking on every scene you publish.

Both plans include generous team allowances. Pro ($100/month billed annually, or $120 month-to-month) includes up to 10 users free across all workspaces -- admins, editors, viewers, and billing managers. Each additional user beyond 10 is $20/month. Premier ($1,000/month, annual billing only) includes up to 20 users per workspace with additional users at just $10/month each beyond the 20-seat allowance in each workspace. Premier's per-workspace model means large organizations with multiple teams scale cleanly -- each workspace carries its own included headcount rather than competing for seats from a shared pool.
